Export

On this page, you can export your existing DATEV data, orders, offers, invoices, credit notes, sales lists, customers, categories, articles, accounting data and OSS reports in CSV format.

In the Export Settings section, you can select the export type and date ranges, and complete the export process by clicking the Export button at the top right.

The date-range dropdown offers several quick presets — Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month and This Year — as well as a Custom option that lets you set your own start and end dates. For export types that support it, such as orders, offers and articles, an "Include archived" checkbox lets you decide whether archived records are included. When exporting invoices, you can also choose whether the file is generated as a CSV or a PDF. And when exporting the sales list, an order-status filter lets you restrict the export to open orders, completed orders, or all orders.

The exported CSV file is shown as a list in the Export List section. In the export list, you can see the name, date range and time of export for the data you exported. You can also download your data by clicking the download icon in the "Actions" section, and you can delete your data by clicking the delete icon.

Filtering the Export List

Above the export list, an export-type filter lets you narrow the list down to a single data type — for example, showing only invoice exports or only product exports — so you can find a past export more quickly.
