Listing

This page shows the shops/marketplaces where you can upload your products directly from SaleVali. Under the respective shop/marketplace, you can prepare your items and then publish them there. You can also view the information for items already uploaded and update or delete them.

Purpose of the listing

• A quick overview of product availability and prices per marketplace
• Identifying items with low stock or faulty status
• A basis for price and stock adjustments
• Monitoring listing performance across different platforms

This overview lets you manage your listings efficiently and ensures that all products are displayed correctly and always up to date.

Inventory overview

Alongside the individual shop/marketplace listing pages, SaleVali offers a separate "Inventory overview" sub-page. It brings every connected marketplace and shop together in a single table, showing each product's status and price side by side across all platforms — so you can compare availability and pricing at a glance instead of switching between listing pages one by one.

Preparing a listing for publication

Each row in a listing table has a "Prepare" action that opens the fields needed to publish that product on the corresponding marketplace or shop. This action is disabled — and shown as a warning icon instead — whenever the product has unresolved sync errors, such as missing required fields. Clicking the warning opens a notice listing exactly what needs to be fixed, with a direct link to the relevant field on the product's edit page, before you can publish. Once a product has already been published to a marketplace, the "Prepare" action is disabled again, since a live listing is edited from its own listing page rather than re-prepared from scratch.

Filtering by status

You can filter any listing table by status — Active, Draft, Pending, Failed, or Not listed — and combine multiple statuses at once to quickly find, for example, all failed or pending listings that need attention.

Deleting a draft listing

A listing can only be deleted while it is still in Draft status. Once a listing has been submitted, is pending, or is already published, the delete action for that row is disabled — you would need to remove it from the marketplace first (see Bulk actions below).

Bulk actions

Selecting multiple rows with the checkboxes enables bulk actions above the table: "Upload" publishes all selected draft listings at once, and "Remove" withdraws all selected published listings from the marketplace in one step. On marketplaces that support it, such as Amazon, a "Checks" action is also available to verify the eligibility or subscription status of the selected listings before you publish them.

Product detail quick-view

Clicking a product's name opens a quick-view dialog with the product image, price, tax rate, quantity, variants, and identifiers such as EAN, GTIN, MPN, ASIN, or UPC, along with its current status on every connected marketplace. From there, you can jump straight to the full product page to make changes.
