Invoice to eBay

On this page you'll find a monthly overview, in table form, of all products sold via eBay. Each row represents a billing month and includes sales figures and revenue details.

Using the filter options in the top right, you can filter by marketplace or a specific time period.

The table shows the following information: sales channel, invoice month, number of sales, tax, GP net, GP gross.

The number of sales value is clickable: it opens the Orders list filtered to exactly the orders included in that billing month, so you can check the underlying sales without leaving the invoice context.

An Email sent column shows a checkmark once the invoice has been emailed, so you can see at a glance which invoices still need to go out.

For a billing month that has not been invoiced yet, the last column offers:

• Create invoice (checkmark icon, disabled for the current month since it isn't invoiceable until the month is complete) — opens a confirmation dialog summarizing the order count together with the net, tax, and gross totals before the invoice is actually generated.
• View invoice (eye icon) — opens a preview of the not-yet-created invoice.

Once an invoice has been created, its state is either provisional or finalized:

• A provisional invoice (shown with a warning icon) can still be previewed before it is finalized.
• A finalized invoice (shown with a checkmark icon) no longer offers a preview.

For an already created invoice, the last column instead offers:

• Send invoice by email (envelope icon)
• Download or print invoice (printer icon, if available)
